Every new small group leader trained and equipped at Celebration Church will undergo a 4-step process, including:

  • Orientation

  • Three sessions for the Leader’s Training (Believe, Belong, and Become).

PASSO 1: ORIENTAMENTO LEADER DI PICCOLO GRUPPO

Questo è il PRIMO passo per diventare un leader di un piccolo gruppo. Il nostro team riceverà la "richiesta di leader per piccoli gruppi" prima di spostare il partecipante alla formazione per leader.

This is the FIRST step in becoming a small group leader. Our team will receive the "small group leader application" before we move the participant to the Leader Training.

The Leader Training includes steps 2-4 and will introduce participants to our Senior Pastors, Joe and Lori Champion, and allow them to hear the heart behind WHY and HOW we offer small groups.
